Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using NoFlake, you agree to these terms and to comply with Discord’s applicable terms and policies. You must be permitted to use Discord and meet Discord’s minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. A person installing NoFlake in a server represents that they have permission to do so.

2. The service

NoFlake helps Discord communities create and update multiplayer activities, manage RSVP and check-in, send activity-specific reminders, review recorded attendance facts, and publish a recap. The Bot responds to explicit mentions and its own interactive cards.

NoFlake is not a moderation, emergency, financial, legal, medical, employment, reputation, or disciplinary service. “Court”, verdict, title and recap features are playful, activity-scoped entertainment and have no authority outside the relevant Discord activity.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use NoFlake to:

• Violate law, Discord’s policies, or the rights of another person.
• Harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, or target someone based on identity, appearance, health, family, work, finances or private life.
• Submit malware, credentials, tokens, illegal content, age-restricted content, or instructions intended to bypass safety and authorization checks.
• Impersonate another person, manipulate ballots, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with the Bot, Discord, or service infrastructure.
• Use activity results as a persistent reputation score or as a basis for employment, housing, insurance, financial, educational or other high-impact decisions.

4. User content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant NoFlake the limited permission needed to process, store, display and transmit that content to operate the requested activity and related cards, reminders and recaps. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to submit the content.

5. AI-assisted output

NoFlake uses an AI model to interpret bounded activity requests and may use a model to produce fact-constrained entertainment copy. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Authorization, session state, attendance facts, ballot counting and final workflow actions are enforced by application code rather than delegated to the model. Users must not rely on NoFlake output for high-impact or real-world decisions.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with platform requirements, or operate the service reliably. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, delivery of every Discord notification, or preservation of activity data forever.

7. Enforcement and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, Discord’s policies, or applicable law have been violated, or when continued access presents a security or operational risk. A server administrator may remove the Bot at any time. Obligations concerning privacy, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability survive termination where applicable.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoFlake is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, opportunities, or community relationships arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how NoFlake processes Discord and activity data and how users can request access, correction or deletion.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, policy, or legal changes. Material revisions will update the effective date above. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Contact

Questions, reports and appeals should be submitted through NoFlake’s official support server linked from the Bot’s Discord application profile or listing. Until that support link is live, contact [email protected]. Never send a Discord password or token.
